I must emphasize that they must be non-standard, meaning the client's needs and scenarios are complex, irreproducible, and must rely on human on-site judgment.

If it is not non-standard, it will be replaced sooner or later. For example, someone asked about the "god of carrying loads up stairs and moving bricks"—this will likely be replaced very soon. Stair-climbing machines already exist, and relying on humans to move bricks will be the first to be replaced.

The difficulty of finding a job after graduating from college is an irreversible trend. In the coming years, there will be tens of millions of graduates, and it will only get harder. Only by changing our mindset early and entering the blue-collar artisan track can we firmly grasp the spoon that feeds us in the future.
